Postage and delivery
We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day. In the event that this is not possible we will advise you immediately. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.
Please note that Royal Mail delivers to the adress given NOT to the recipient. In case of parcel delivered and signed by any person other than the buyer, we will not be responsible for any claim.
Free samples
We normally include complimentary product samples with every customer order. However if you wish to try something specific please make your request in one of the following ways:
New or existing customers: when you place an order. Please make your request in the notes at your Paypal checkout.
Existing customers: by calling our skincare department on 01702 584737 during office hours or emailing us.
Please note that samples are always subject to availability. In the event we do not have the samples you request we will do our best to substitute with the nearest thing. Due to demand we can only supply 2 samples per customer.
