Yon-Ka was created in 1957 with the single objective to help your skin preserve or rediscover its balance, energy and beauty. Yon-Ka was created by two brothers, both botanists, who perfected the stabilization of essential oils in a water-based emulsion. Yon-Ka merges four botanical therapies - Aroma-Therapy, Phyto-Therapy, Marine-Therapy and Fruit-Acid-Therapy - into a whole line of therapeutic, nurturing and aling products. Yon-Ka's products and therapies are hand-crafted, plant-derived, holistically formulated and scientifically proven.

Postage and delivery
We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day. In the event that this is not possible we will advise you immediately. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

Please note that Royal Mail delivers to the adress given NOT to the recipient. In case of parcel delivered and signed by any person other than the buyer, we will not be responsible for any claim.

Free samples
We normally include complimentary product samples with every customer order. However if you wish to try something specific please make your request in one of the following ways:

New or existing customers: when you place an order. Please make your request in the notes at your Paypal checkout.
Existing customers: by calling our skincare department on 01702 584737 during office hours or emailing us.

Please note that samples are always subject to availability. In the event we do not have the samples you request we will do our best to substitute with the nearest thing. Due to demand we can only supply 2 samples per customer.

Loyalty scheme
The 5% Cash Back Loyalty Scheme is a simple, no fuss way of us to say 'thank you' for your custom and to reward you for your business with us.

On a quarterly basis (at the beginning of January, April, July and October), we will send you a voucher (rounded up to the nearest pound) by email equivalent to 5% of your purchases.

The quarter periods are Jan 1st - Apr 1st - Jul 1st - Oct 1st . Your voucher can be redeemed against future purchases.

We'll email your voucher at the beginning of each quarter with details of how to redeem it. Your email address will be kept in the strictest of confidence by Hello Gorgeous and only used to send your voucher.
